However for those who wish, we are happy to help to arrange and organise car hire at very competitive prices for you through our partners in Crete, Aptera Travel and in Paxos, Alfa cars, who both supply the latest models of car, complete with a free 24 hour back up service, out of hours drop offs and collections, additional drivers, child and booster seats for a small fee and priority collection service at your destination airport.

Included in your car hire

Car hire includes unlimited mileage, local taxes, comprehensive insurance and collision damage waiver. We must emphasis that in Greece, comprehensive insurance does not cover tyres, windscreen and underside of vehicle.

Other information and how to book

Drivers must be a minimum of 21 years of age and it is common business practice to take a credit card slip as a security deposit.

In the event of an accident it is vital to obtain a police report to ensure that a claim can be made on the insurance cover.

Please note that Aptera Travel and Alfa Cars cannot supply roof racks and cannot specify a specific car within a group. Major investment has been made on the roads and the majority of visitors enjoy the freedom that a car gives them to explore these beautiful and fascinating islands.
